Benjamin Whitehouse Launches PAiD, Stage 2 of AI Accounting Platform
Process AI Makes Connect-and-Report System Available to Businesses and Advisers. Brisbane-based Chartered Accountant and technology founder Benjamin Whitehouse has announced the commercial availability of PAiD Stage 2, the connect-and-report phase of Process AI’s accounting platform. The release follows XAP, the live Stage 1 accounts-payable system for Xero, while Stage 3 remains targeted for the March quarter of 2027.
Australia, 6th Oct 2026 – Benjamin Whitehouse, Founder and CEO of Viden Holdings and Founder of Process AI Pty Ltd, has announced the commercial availability of PAiD Stage 2. PAiD, the Process AI Intelligent Database, connects with existing accounting records and places them within a dedicated database from which financial and analytical report packs can be prepared. The current system works with records from Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other available files.

The release follows XAP, the live Stage 1 Xero accounts payable agent. XAP uses AI to process invoice information at the line-item level and support accounts-payable work within Xero. Stage 2 extends the development program through PAiD’s connect-and-report model. Stage 3, described as the complete package, is targeted for the March quarter of 2027 and must not be treated as delivered or guaranteed. Benjamin Whitehouse and Process AI have structured the stages to separate currently available functions from future development targets.
With PAiD Process AI Intelligent Database, each participating business is assigned a dedicated database and a human Financial Accounting Navigator, known as a FAN. The Navigator works with the system to prepare report packs that can include lender-ready financials, business valuations, management reporting, tax reconciliation, and fraud-detection assessment. Process AI states that client data remains in Australia, is not used to train AI models, and is maintained within isolated databases with figures traceable to source transactions.
Viden Advisory developed PAiD through Process AI to support businesses and finance professionals seeking more timely, source-linked financial information. The system is intended for SME owners, finance brokers, and insolvency firms, but its reports do not constitute a formal solvency opinion or replace advice specific to an individual business. The technology work extends Benjamin Whitehouse’s 32-year accounting career and his experience in business structuring, restructuring, capital raising, and corporate development. Benjamin Whitehouse of Brisbane maintains a professional profile that also includes working as a Chartered Accountant and pre-insolvency adviser.
